Why We Have A Refund Policy

At Well Heeled Podiatry our refund policy reflects our intention is to provide services, devices and products that meet our clients expectations. However, we understand that there may be occasions when this does not occur. We will always consider your concerns, and make the best effort to achieve an outcome you are satisfied with.

Services and Products We Supply

1. Services

  • Services mean the appointment you book with us, and the associated fees with that service.
  • We do not charge based on time, rather, based on the types of tasks that we perform during that service.
  • Our service fees comprise a range of tasks such as: history taking, assessment, diagnosis, treatment, education, clinical notes, referral letters, and administration.
  • If you believe that a service does not meet your expectations or addressed your concerns please let us know asap. This will give us the opportunity to offer you another service, at no charge. 

Please note: We reserve the right to refuse to offer you another service if we believe your request is unreasonable.

2. Medical Devices

  • At Well Heeled Podiatry we provide a range of medical devices, these can include; custom-made and prefabricated foot orthotics, moon Boots, ankle braces, and interdigital devices.
  • Medical devices we provide come with no “guarantee” of successful treatment of your condition.
  • Medical conditions are often complex. There may be many unforeseen reasons why the medical device has not achieved a successful outcome.
  • We therefore believe it is inappropriate to offer a refund for medical devices.
  • If you are unhappy with a medical device that we have provided, we encourage you to contact us asap. We will make every attempt to resolve your concerns. 

Please note: We reserve the right to refuse a refund, repair, or replacement if we believe your request is unreasonable. 

3. Products

  • Products include items that we purchase from third party organisations and on-sell to our patients. Examples may include creams, spiky balls, footwear etc.
  • Due to the products we provide being obtained from third party organisations, we cannot guarantee their quality.
  • If a product does not meet your expectations or is faulty, please contact us to arrange a replacement.
