Further Qualifications

Monique offers a range of treatment modalities at Well Heeled Podiatry to help resolve your foot pain, ankle pain, heel pain, leg pain, back pain or sporting injuries:

Offering all other aspects of podiatry care to her patients at Well Heeled Podiatry including, nail surgery, children’s lower limb development, wart removal, diabetes, foot health checks, fungal nails and routine foot care.

Monique uses foot mobilisation techniques (FMT)  and shock wave therapy to provide foot pain relief to patients who have tried almost everything, including orthotics. FMT is a very effective treatment to restore normal joint function and range of motion, aiding the body in creating physiological changes to postural alignment. This gentle, specific and painless technique stimulates the body’s ability to repair and restore itself, helping to reduce pain and inflammation.

Monique is experienced in public speaking and presenting podiatry educational material to other allied health disciplines, nursing and medical staff. She has supervised and taught podiatry and third year medical students during their final year placements.

She is recognised by  AHPRA the  Australian Podiatry Association and Sports Medicine Australia.

Please note Monique is on maternity leave from July 2019- Feb 2020.
