I have been wearing my Archies for four days but they hurt my feet; they hurt the arch of my feet Any advise?
Hi Iraida,
Have you worn any arch supports before? If not it can take a little while for your feet to adjust. I would suggest building up your wear time in your Archie’s gradually. 1-2 hour per day, rolling a spiky ball or tennis ball under your feet and arches also helps you to adapt to the new support.
Good Luck and please let us know how you get on. Once you have adjusted to your new Archie’s they should feel very comfortable and supportive.
Warmest Regards
